Listen, numbers don't lie. That's why we're kinda obsessive about tracking everything. Not in a creepy way - more like we want you to see the actual proof that what you're doing is working.

Stuff people usually ask before signing up

Absolutely. We scale everything based on where you're at. The Titan Strength Protocol especially works great for beginners because it teaches the fundamental movements properly from day one. You'll just start with lighter weights and focus more on technique - which honestly is the smart way to do it anyway.

Yeah, no problem. We'd rather you be on a program you're actually excited about than grinding through something you hate. Just finish out the current week and we'll transition you over. Some people even rotate between programs depending on their season or goals.

Life happens - we get it. Just let your coach know and we'll adjust your programming accordingly. Missing a week here and there isn't gonna derail everything. We'll either repeat the previous week or adjust the volume so you're not coming back and destroying yourself.

Basic stuff, yeah - like macro targets and general guidelines. If you want detailed meal planning and ongoing nutrition coaching, that's a separate add-on service ($129/month). But honestly, for most people, the basic guidance we provide with the programs is enough to see solid results.

Depends on where you're starting from, but most people notice strength improvements within 3-4 weeks. Visual changes take a bit longer - maybe 6-8 weeks. The key is consistency. Show up, do the work, eat reasonably well, and the results will come. We've yet to see someone follow the program properly and NOT make progress.
