Why We Started This Place

Back in 2018, a couple of us were tired of the same old commercial gym BS - overpriced memberships, broken equipment, and zero sense of community. We'd been training for years, competing in powerlifting meets, working with athletes, and we knew there had to be a better way.

So we pooled our resources, found this spot on West Broadway, and built something different. Titan Valor Haven isn't about fancy juice bars or Instagram-worthy selfie spots (though you're gonna look amazing here, not gonna lie). It's about serious training for people who actually want to get stronger and better at what they do.

We've worked with everyone from complete beginners who couldn't do a proper squat to competitive powerlifters pulling 600+ pounds. Everyone's welcome here as long as you're ready to put in the work.

Been coaching for 12 years now, and I've seen it all. Started competitive powerlifting in college, got my CSCS certification, and never looked back. My best lifts? 575 squat, 405 bench, 650 deadlift at 220 bodyweight.

I specialize in getting people past plateaus they've been stuck at for months. If you're spinning your wheels, we'll figure out why and fix it. I'm pretty direct - some people love it, some need to warm up to my style, but everyone gets results.
